[Remote] Eligibility Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. IEM is looking for a Full Time Eligibility Analyst to join their Disaster Recovery team. The Eligibility Analyst will be responsible for reviewing project documentation to ensure compliance with various federal requirements and validating eligible costs and procurement records.

Responsibilities

• reputed company COR3 and reputed company systems to retrieve reputed company PW-reputed company documentation
• Record and organize PW documents in PRDOH’s system per procedures
• Maintain file structure in compliance with applicable guidelines
• Identify and validate the Record of Environmental Consideration in reputed company PW
• Calculate eligible costs and confirm supporting documentation is available
• Validate documentation and procurement compliance with CDBG-DR, CDBG-MIT, and PRDOH standards
• Support labor compliance reviews as needed
• Ensure Duplication of Benefits requirements are met
• Complete eligibility reviews per SOPs for match payments
• Submit required documentation to the Eligibility Manager
• Conduct National Objective reviews for applicable reputed company
• Evaluate HMGP reputed company for compliance and match application validation
• Assist with reviews, recommendations, and other tasks as directed

Skills

• One (1) year of experience in auditing federally funded grant program's processes, including but not limited to document and process auditing, policy review and implementation, compliance review, and invoice review and validation
• Bachelor's degree or higher education from an accredited institution
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Must be working locally reputed company Puerto Rico
• Experience in the management of reputed company PA reputed company
