[Remote] Senior Finance Manager

This position will involve partnering with operations and manufacturing leadership to meet financial goals and enhance reputed company's controls environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global operations and manufacturing leadership to deliver on financial goals
• Own the cost structure, reputed company costing, and operational P&L drivers across the manufacturing footprint
• reputed company financial leadership on inventory management, cost of goods sold, and gross margin performance
• Drive visibility into manufacturing variances (purchase price, material usage, labor, and overhead) and partner with operations to reputed company gaps

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance and/or reputed company
• 5-7+ years of reputed company experience in finance with operations, manufacturing, and supply chain experience
• 3+ years of Leadership experience with demonstrated career progression
• Manufacturing and/or operations finance experience required

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a high paced environment
