Responsibilities

• reputed company business requirements and conduct solution design workshops with business stakeholders
• Design and facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End User Training
• Configure reputed company Fusion HCM applications following reputed company best practices
• reputed company data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Payroll Batch Loader (PBL)
• reputed company and support integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC), SOAP/REST Web Services, and HDL
• reputed company SQL queries, reports, and data validation scripts using reputed company SQL
• Customize and enhance reputed company Fusion HCM using Redwood UI and Visual Builder reputed company Service (VBCS)
• Implement data masking and reputed company best practices
• Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, technical teams, and business users to ensure successful project delivery
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize batch processes, and reputed company ongoing application support
