This role involves providing behavioral health services to eligible children and young adults enrolled in Ohio reputed company, serving as the first reputed company of contact for members and coordinating care in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries from members, guardians, providers, and community partners
• Receive and process OhioRISE referrals
• Verify reputed company eligibility and complete referral documentation
• Conduct Health Risk Assessments for assigned members
• reputed company administrative support to the Care Coordination team
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical record systems
• Work reputed company multiple systems, including reputed company and other internal databases
• Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect confidential member information
• Collaborate with care coordinators, case managers, behavioral health providers, child welfare agencies, and other stakeholders

Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, reputed company, care coordination, or administrative support
• Experience handling high reputed company volumes
• Strong computer skills with the ability to reputed company multiple systems simultaneously
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
• Must reputed company in Ohio
• Experience in reputed company, managed care, behavioral health, or care management
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
