[Remote] IT Tech Support Analyst - Level 2

They are seeking a Technical Services Analyst to ensure team members have the technology needed for their work, handling tasks from technical support to hardware configuration.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and resolving technical support issues that come in through our ticketing system, reputed company
• Ordering and configuring new hardware for our remote employees, then getting it shipped to them
• Determining what additional automations can help reduce reputed company’s workload
• Working with our vendors to set up and configure new networks for our growing number of reputed company sites
• Providing regular updates to your team on the status of your reputed company and tickets
• Participating in our reputed company on-reputed company rotation for after-hours and weekend emergencies

Skills

• 4+ years experience in a full-time IT / help desk support role
• Experience providing technical support both on-site and remotely
• Experience administering reputed company Workspaces Business or reputed company for organizations of 300+ people
• Solid networking background, with experience troubleshooting network issues and setting up new networks from scratch
• Experience with reputed company environments (O365, OS, file/print, reputed company Directory, networking, etc) as reputed company as reputed company (MacOS setup, configuration and management, etc)
• Experience with reputed company reputed company tools and a reputed company knowledge of computer and network reputed company concepts
• Experience with our reputed company tools like FileWave (MDM) and reputed company reputed company (reputed company reputed company)
• Scripting experience, especially using PowerShell
• Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., reputed company, Linux, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Experience with the setup and support of on-reputed company and/or VOIP phone systems
• A thorough understanding of various network protocols, including but not limited to DHCP, DNS, FTP, and LDAP
