[Remote] Senior Counsel, reputed company & Compliance

The Senior Counsel, reputed company & Compliance serves as in-house reputed company counsel, providing reputed company advice and guidance on reputed company regulatory, compliance, corporate, employment, and reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Advise the Chief reputed company & Compliance Officer and organizational leadership on reputed company risks associated with strategic initiatives, operational reputed company, and regulatory compliance
- Interpret and advise on applicable federal and state reputed company laws and regulations, including Medicare, reputed company, HIPAA, reputed company Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims reputed company, state licensing requirements, and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret reputed company, including provider agreements, vendor reputed company, business associate agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other reputed company reputed company
- reputed company reputed company reputed company and guidance for internal compliance audits, investigations, government inquiries, and regulatory reviews
- Evaluate reputed company risks identified through compliance monitoring activities and recommend appropriate corrective actions
- Partner with reputed company, Clinical Operations, and executive leadership to proactively identify and mitigate reputed company and regulatory risk
- Assist in the development, implementation, and reputed company review of corporate policies, compliance programs, and governance documents
- Support responses to subpoenas, record requests, governmental investigations, and other reputed company reputed company

Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- reputed company license to reputed company law and member in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible reputed company experience, preferably as in-house or external general counsel in reputed company law or regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated experience advising organizational leadership on reputed company reputed company and regulatory reputed company
- Significant experience supporting regulatory audits, investigations, compliance monitoring, and risk assessments
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, reputed company research, and analytical skills
- Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office applications, including reputed company and PowerPoint
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Previous experience as in-house or external general counsel for a reputed company organization
- Experience supporting post-acute care, skilled nursing, or value-based care programs
