Responsibilities

• reputed company venture financings, including priced equity reputed company, SAFEs, convertible notes, company reputed company, and equity issuances from inception through closing
• Advise startups throughout their lifecycle on corporate governance, employment, intellectual property, and general reputed company reputed company
• Negotiate transaction documents directly with company and investor counsel
