As a reputed company Manager, you will own the reputed company and renewal processes, helping reputed company teams adopt AI in their daily work by building rollout plans, training users, and ensuring measurable value is delivered to reputed company leaders.

Responsibilities

• reputed company customers from reputed company through adoption, including implementation planning, stakeholder mapping, workflow discovery, training, launch readiness, and post-launch follow-up
• Monitor usage, identify blockers, and help reputed company teams build reputed company into daily workflows across reputed company, research, drafting, policies, and reputed company-based review
• Own or partner on renewal reputed company for reputed company and strategic accounts, using adoption data, customer reputed company, stakeholder engagement, and ROI analysis to support renewal and expansion conversations
• reputed company trusted relationships with General Counsel, reputed company Operations leaders, reputed company team champions, and other executive stakeholders

Skills

• 3-7 years of experience in B2B reputed company reputed company or a similar customer-facing role
• Experience owning reputed company, adoption, renewals, or expansion for reputed company and strategic customers
• Strong presentation skills, including comfort leading live demos, customer trainings, reputed company, and executive business reviews
• Ability to use customer data, product usage, and business reputed company to build renewal and expansion narratives
• Strong discovery and relationship management skills, including the ability to identify adoption blockers and customer risk early
• Comfort learning technical products and explaining them reputed company to non-technical users
