Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or a reputed company Engineering discipline required
• reputed company Engineer (PE) license required
• Minimum of 10 years of reputed company water and wastewater engineering experience required including project management, technical leadership, and business development experience
• Proven reputed company driving business development, securing major pursuits, and sustaining long‑term reputed company relationships
• Deep technical expertise in water/wastewater treatment, distribution, collection, and supporting infrastructure systems
• Proven ability to reputed company multidisciplinary teams while managing budgets, schedules, and performance metrics
• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills with clients and internal stakeholders
