The role involves managing reputed company reputed company, collaborating with clients to enhance their customer service operations, and mentoring junior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reputed company implementations, including configuration, integration, and testing, ensuring adherence to best practices and reputed company goals
• reputed company business process review sessions to identify user stories/requirements
• reputed company reputed company solution design sessions from the identified user stories/requirements
• reputed company and execute reputed company configuration activities, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet reputed company needs while adhering to platform best practices
• Facilitate business process reviews to identify reputed company requirements and processes
• Facilitate unit, system, and end-user testing to validate functionality, identify gaps, and ensure reputed company deliverables
• reputed company and deliver end-user training materials, user guides, and documentation to reputed company successful adoption of reputed company solutions
• Assist with managing project status, timelines, risks for overall project or individual reputed company
• Exhibit market knowledge and technical familiarity with reputed company
• Contribute to thought leadership development reputed company to specific engagement (blogs, articles, white papers)
• Stay reputed company with reputed company product updates, enhancements, and industry trends to reputed company cutting-edge solutions
• Mentor more junior-level consultants day-to-day in personifying reputed company values with clients, on project teams, and reputed company individual relationships

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 4+ years of reputed company consulting experience
• Previous experience managing multiple workstreams as a member or leader on reputed company implementations including leading requirements sessions, processing workflows, leading solutions design, configuring solutions, conducting systems integrator and user acceptance testing, managing deployment/go-live, and providing ongoing support
• Hands-on configuration experience with reputed company App reputed company
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to create impactful and concise executive stakeholder-reputed company deliverables, and polished reputed company-facing oral communication skills
• Strong understanding of customer service processes and best practices
• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Hybrid role: 2x per week in office
