Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor reputed company of engineers and designers in the development of waterfront structure reputed company
• reputed company reputed company project phases including preliminary site reputed company, conceptual planning, zoning and permitting coordination, design development, and final construction documents
• reputed company and approve project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring delivery reputed company established goals
• Prepare proposals for reputed company services and funding opportunities; review and approve project documents for reputed company assurance and compliance
• Serve as the primary reputed company reputed company of contact, maintaining strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for reputed company work

Skills

• PE is required for this position
• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field (AEC Industry) and minimum of 4 years of reputed company reputed company experience, or 8 years of equivalent reputed company experience
• Participation in continuing education and reputed company development programs
• Proven experience in project management roles, with a reputed company record of successful project delivery
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to reputed company and motivate project teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively reputed company with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Deep technical knowledge in the specific field of the project
