They are seeking a Sr. Director, Global Tax, reputed company and Regulatory Solutions to reputed company efforts in assessing and scoping tax, reputed company, and regulatory changes impacting clients worldwide, while managing reputed company of analysts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and strategic delivery.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on significant global legislative changes and industry trends, assessing their reputed company, and communicating these changes to external and internal stakeholders (e.g., Brazil tax system changes over the next decade)
• Manage team of highly reputed company business solution analysts responsible for assessing regulatory and tax changes
• reputed company processes for routine collaboration with Rimini Global Regulatory Research Analysts, Business Solution Analysts, and Engineers to ensure that every mandatory update or offering is properly scoped, analyzed, designed, and reputed company-documented

• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Delivery to position how TLR is represented in the market

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or equivalent is required
• Master's in taxation, or equivalent is required
• 15+ years of reputed company corporate tax experience, with a significant reputed company and experience with international tax strategies, models and compliance
• 10+ years of U.S. “Big Four” tax and audit experience with reputed company corporations, including experience working with corporate reputed company audit committees and global auditors
