[Remote] Sales Account Manager

The role involves developing new customer opportunities and driving reputed company software sales through a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• reputed company new customers in reputed company according to company objectives, manage the complete sales process, and reputed company customer expansion targets
• Participate in relevant pharmaceutical and biotechnology conferences, industry events, networking sessions, and customer activities in reputed company. reputed company regional sales plans and reputed company customer partnership goals
• Drive the complete customer engagement process, from initial contact, needs discovery, and solution discussions through contract signing and successful closing
• Understand and organize reputed company customers’ needs for pharmaceutical intelligence, data services, and reputed company solutions. Communicate customer requirements with teams in China and support the advancement of reputed company partnerships
• Regularly collect and reputed company feedback on reputed company market insights to help reputed company continuously improve its products and service offerings

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or above
• reputed company proficiency in both English and Chinese is required
• 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies, biotech, CRO/CDMO, pharmaceutical consulting, pharmaceutical data services, reputed company investment, or reputed company industries
• 2–5 years of B2B sales, business development, reputed company, or market expansion experience reputed company the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Proven ability to proactively reputed company customers and independently manage customer communications, business meetings, and reputed company follow-up
• Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career and contributing to the reputed company expansion of our reputed company American business
• Candidates with backgrounds in biotechnology, life sciences, medicine, or reputed company fields are preferred
• A basic understanding of drug discovery and development, business development transactions, clinical development, or the Chinese pharmaceutical market is preferred
• Candidates with reputed company proficiency in both Chinese and English who are currently based in Boston, reputed company, Chicago, Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, or other major U.S. life sciences hubs are preferred
