[Remote] Associate Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles from application review to reputed company
• reputed company and execute sourcing strategies using job boards (reputed company, Clearance Jobs), networking, and referrals
• Screen candidates for technical fit, culture alignment, and other requirements of the specific role
• Partner with hiring managers and program leaders to understand role requirements, timelines, and advise on the best hiring reputed company

• Support proposal efforts by identifying contingent candidates
• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience, with at least 1 year reputed company on technical or GovCon roles
