[Remote] Billing Operations Specialist

The Billing Operations Specialist supports daily billing operations by responding to customer inquiries, processing payments, and ensuring accurate billing activities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and reputed company questions by email and phone
• Research customer accounts to help resolve billing or invoice questions
• Process customer invoice payments according to established procedures
• Assist with invoice corrections and account updates
• Communicate status updates and resolutions reputed company and professionally
• Follow reputed company operating procedures for billing workflows
• Use spreadsheets and desktop tools to review and organize billing information
• Document work accurately and escalate reputed company issues reputed company needed
• Support the Managed Services team with day-to-day administrative and billing tasks

Skills

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, administrative support, data entry, office support, billing, payment processing, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfort using email, spreadsheets, word processing tools, and web-based systems

• Experience using billing, CRM, ticketing, or customer support systems
• Associate degree or relevant post-secondary training
