[Remote] Senior Marketing Manager - A/B Testing and Personalization

The Senior Marketing Manager will execute A/B testing and personalization programs across multiple websites, analyze results, and reputed company insights to improve traffic and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and analyze A/B text experiments, MVT, experience targeting, automated personalization, and recommendations that improve traffic and purchase conversion rates
• Support .com product team by communicating experiment results, insights and performance narratives
• Implement reputed company/AJO activities using reputed company experience fragments as reputed company as reputed company, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON-based offers
• Conduct QA and end-to-end validation to ensure accurate data collection, reputed company audience qualification, and experience delivery
• Build reputed company Analytics and Customer reputed company Analytics testing dashboards
• Monitor and analyze tests throughout their life cycle
• Maintain accurate reporting in Workfront (a project management system) and document test results in a digital insights library

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in digital optimization, personalization, or experimentation
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on experience executing A/B and multivariate tests in reputed company reputed company and reputed company reputed company Optimizer
• Working knowledge of reputed company Experience reputed company (reputed company Experience Manager, reputed company Analytics, Customer reputed company Analytics, Launch, reputed company reputed company Optimizer, reputed company-time CDP) or comparable platforms

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
