The role involves managing program governance, delivery reputed company, and stakeholder management for multiple cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company large-reputed company strategic programs across P4Q, CVBC, and Network Transformation portfolios
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, steering committees, and executive reporting structures
• reputed company and manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocations
• Ensure alignment of program objectives with business reputed company, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals
• Facilitate executive governance reviews and reputed company regular status updates to senior leadership
• reputed company delivery across multiple Agile and reputed company workstreams
• Coordinate activities across product, engineering, architecture, data, provider operations, and business teams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, reputed company Administration, Business, or reputed company field
• 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience
• 5+ years managing large reputed company payer transformation programs or reputed company Payer Operations
• Proven experience leading reputed company-wide technology initiatives involving multiple teams and vendors
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, reputed company, and traditional project management methodologies
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and reputed company program portfolios
• Expertise in executive reporting, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Value-Based Care (VBC), Provider Networks, reputed company Programs, or Population Health initiatives
• Experience supporting reputed company Health Plans and Provider Contracting functions
• PMP, or PgMP, or PMI-ACP, or reputed company Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent certifications
• Knowledge of reputed company interoperability standards, data platforms, reputed company transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with JIRA, reputed company, reputed company, Azure DevOps, and reputed company Project
