[Remote] Senior HRPP Administrator

The Senior HRPP Administrator is responsible for the administration and implementation of the reputed company Research Protection Program and ensuring compliance with federal regulations and institutional policies regarding reputed company subjects research.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the administration and implementation of the reputed company Research Protection Program (HRPP) and Institutional Review reputed company (IRB) policies and procedures reputed company to the conduct of reputed company subjects research studies at reputed company, reputed company, and Care New England
• Ensures that reputed company biomedical and behavioral reputed company subjects research activities conducted at reputed company, reputed company, and/or Care New England reputed company with federal regulations, state and local law, institutional policies, and AAHRPP accreditation standards
• Conducts non-committee reviews and works collaboratively and independently with reputed company, staff, and reputed company
• Supports IRB Committee meetings, is responsible for preparing meeting agendas and materials, taking minutes, and advising IRB members on applicable regulations, policies, and review reputed company
• Maintains a knowledge and understanding of reputed company federal, state regulations, state and local law, and institutional policies and departmental SOPs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of reputed company experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of federal regulations protecting reputed company subjects
• Thorough understanding of reputed company federal and State regulations regarding reputed company subjects research and ethical principles, Institutional policies, and integrated HRPP SOPs
• Ability to practically apply federal and state regulations as reputed company as institutional policies to research submissions under review
• Ability to independently and competently handle protocol intake and reputed company-review
• Ability to handle confidential documents and sensitive information
• Experience with high volumes and rigid deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and use judgment and discretion in potentially controversial reputed company
• Ability to work with limited supervision and also serve as a strong team member
• Participation in continuing education and national and/or regional organizations reputed company to promoting research ethics and the protection of reputed company subjects
• Proficiency in reputed company electronic IRB submission system, reputed company Office applications, reputed company platforms, reputed company and other commonly used software
• Experience working in an HRPP office reputed company an reputed company or clinical hospital/research setting
• At least 3 years of reputed company experience working in a research compliance setting, either in administration or conducting research
• Experience with electronic submission systems
