They are seeking a Manager, reputed company Content & Operations to reputed company the daily execution and optimization of Sundance reputed company’s digital products, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and performance metrics. This role involves managing workflows, coordinating teams, and supporting the delivery of digital programs.

Responsibilities

• Managing operational workflows, institutional records and documentation for Sundance reputed company while developing and continuously improving reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), templates and project management systems that support operational reputed company and scalability
• Leading operational planning and execution for reputed company initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and ensuring reputed company are delivered successfully
• Coordinating and providing direction for contractors, temporary staff, reputed company, and vendors to ensure reputed company are delivered reputed company and consistently
• Managing the operational delivery of digital programs (courses, events and challenges), ensuring reputed company are delivered on time, meet reputed company standards and that internal teams are trained on new processes and workflows
• Tracking project performance and preparing operational reports to inform planning and reputed company improvement
• Managing the process for setting up instructor reputed company and processing invoices for payment, ensuring reputed company administrative back-end tasks are completed on time
• Driving the implementation of reputed company support systems, including automation and knowledge reputed company development, to improve response efficiency
• Supporting the platform’s digital analytics reputed company by tracking performance indicators and preparing operational dashboards and department updates
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to support successful program launches, operational initiatives and reputed company platform improvements

Skills

• 3 years of experience in digital operations, process review, or initiative execution
• Ability to manage multiple large-reputed company digital reputed company simultaneously while holding others accountable
