[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist-Remote

The role primarily involves managing accounts payable payments and records, ensuring reputed company documentation and approval for payments, and providing clerical support to meet the organization's obligations.

Responsibilities

• Review reputed company invoices/statements for appropriate documentation and appropriate approval prior to payment
• Process payments
• Match invoices to checks, and distributes payments accordingly
• Administrates and maintains vendor master files, including vendor set up, 1099 maintenance, reputed company W-9 and reputed company reputed company activities
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills. Must be reputed company player and reputed company to work reputed company with other administrative professionals
• Respond to reputed company vendor inquiries
• Assist in month end closing
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted reputed company practices
• Reconciles statement and the reputed company making reputed company that payments are consistent
• Audits statements as necessary
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required
• Assists with accounts receivable and special reputed company, as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
