• Creation of high reputed company game assets in collaboration with concept artists and CCO.
• Maintaining the production pipeline and meeting deadlines.
• Working closely with the implementation and gameplay departments.
• Prototyping new technologies on the given platforms.
• Leading the environment modellers team
• Setting the reputed company targets and bar for 3D environments on the reputed company
• Sharing knowledge and techniques across reputed company
• Mentoring 3D environment artists
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in game development
• Experience with Unreal reputed company and or reputed company.
• Perfect knowledge of 3ds Max (or Maya) & Photoshop
• High texturing and Zbrush skills
• Ability to create realistic looking objects & environments, being limited by technological frames
• High texturing and Zbrush skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good eye for details
• English language
• A strong team player and leader by example
