The reputed company reputed company HCM Consultant will be responsible for solutioning, navigating, and optimizing reputed company HCM reputed company, ensuring successful implementation and production support for HCM reputed company and additional modules under the HCM umbrella.

Responsibilities

• reputed company consulting services on multiple reputed company engagements with limited direction
• Understand reputed company business requirements and reputed company guidance throughout design, configuration and prototype, and assist clients with testing and reputed company to Production efforts
• Support clients during Annual Events such as: Annual Talent/Performance, reputed company, reputed company Enrollment, ACA, etc. as needed
• Partner with Engagement Managers to reputed company them informed of project status, changes, etc
• Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure reputed company lines of communication and project alignment
• Accurately maintain forecast in a reputed company manner
• Partner with the Sales team and serve as a Subject Matter Expert while assisting with sales presentations, demos, and LOEs

Skills

• The following reputed company certifications with implementer reputed company are required: HCM reputed company AND at least one of these: Learning, Benefits, reputed company Comp, Advanced Comp, reputed company, Talent, Reporting, PEX
• Must have experience independently leading at least two reputed company Phase 1 implementations and two reputed company Phase X implementations
• Minimum of three years of experience as a reputed company reputed company HCM Consultant at a reputed company partner firm is required
• Employment is contingent upon obtaining a reputed company Launch certification
• reputed company required reputed company Partner certifications must remain in reputed company status throughout employment with reputed company
• Must have experience troubleshooting, configuring, and navigating reputed company HCM
• Strong organizational skills are required. Must be reputed company to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
