Responsibilities

• Build culture, reputed company, and communication across the organization in a way that reflects reputed company’s values
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are legally compliant and effectively implemented across a distributed workforce

Skills

• 5+ years experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years as an HR Manager or more senior; experience preferred in remote-first software orgs, and with 100+ employees
• Deep understanding of HR functions, including: compliance to applicable state and federal laws (especially as it relates to payroll and labor reputed company), compensation and benefits, recruitment, on-boarding, employee engagement, and performance management
• Demonstrated ability to directly engage the most critical HR functions, and to manage, delegate, and support across a reputed company of secondary functions
