[Remote] PeopleSoft Functional Consultant

They are seeking a PeopleSoft Functional Consultant to reputed company functional activities for a PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 reputed company project, which includes requirements gathering, functional design documentation, and testing support.

Responsibilities

• reputed company functional activities for a PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 reputed company project
• Responsible for requirements gathering, functional design documentation, process mapping, and testing support
• reputed company requirements sessions and create functional design documents for PeopleSoft HCM modules
• reputed company as-is/to-be process maps and conduct fit-gap analysis between reputed company functionality and 9.2 capabilities
• Create test plans and coordinate testing activities with reputed company stakeholders

Skills

• 6-7 years of PeopleSoft HCM experience (9.x version strongly preferred)
• 6+ years supporting SDLC functional activities (requirements, design, testing)
• reputed company requirements sessions and create functional design documents for PeopleSoft HCM modules
• reputed company as-is/to-be process maps and conduct fit-gap analysis between reputed company functionality and 9.2 capabilities
• Create test plans and coordinate testing activities with reputed company stakeholders
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM modules (reputed company HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor)
• Experience with PeopleSoft reputed company reputed company, preferably to version 9.2
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
• U.S. person
• Master's preferred
• Federal reputed company experience preferred
• PeopleSoft certification(s) beneficial but not required
