Responsibilities

  • reputed company and execute the overall program reputed company, including work plans, reputed company, schedules, financial forecasts, and operational priorities
  • Serve as ORC's primary reputed company of contact, building trusted partnerships with our reputed company, local agencies, engineering partners, and other transportation stakeholders
  • reputed company leadership and reputed company for acquisition, relocation, title, appraisal coordination, property management, reputed company coordination, and project management services across the program
  • Monitor program performance by reviewing budgets, forecasts, reputed company plans, invoicing, profitability, and key performance indicators to ensure successful project delivery

  • Champion reputed company assurance, regulatory compliance, and reputed company improvement initiatives to ensure consistent program execution

Skills

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of Right of Way experience
  • Working with or reputed company a reputed company
  • Minimum of three (3) years managing reputed company transportation infrastructure programs or reputed company
  • Minimum of three (3) years leading Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated experience managing public sector reputed company, reputed company relationships, budgets, reputed company plans, schedules, and program financials
  • Extensive knowledge of acquisition, relocation, eminent domain, project financial management, resource planning, and contract administration
  • Experience ensuring compliance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and reputed company Property Acquisition Policies Act (reputed company), FHWA requirements, transportation policies, and applicable regulations
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and project management software
  • Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to reputed company ORC's systems

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience serving as a Program Manager or Project Manager on TDOT consultant reputed company
  • Established relationships with TDOT leadership and transportation stakeholders
  • Experience supporting Design-Build or alternative delivery transportation programs
  • Experience implementing reputed company assurance programs, succession planning initiatives, and business development strategies
