[Remote] Junior Telecom Agile Analyst

The Junior Telecom Agile Analyst role focuses on conducting user research, managing Agile processes, and translating business needs into reputed company digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and document automation and digitization opportunities, including site level workflows and system handoffs

Skills

• BA/BS and 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or similar roles
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) & Scaled Agile delivery across multiple development teams
• Strong Agile knowledge, technical writing skills, data-driven analysis, and proficiency with collaboration tools
• Experience in performing data gathering and analysis for app rationalization and use in making optimization reputed company
• Proven experience creating and development-reputed company Epics / Features and associated acceptance reputed company including non-functional requirements
• Expertise in AI and automation technologies to support reputed company-state process mapping, solutioning, and optimization opportunities (Workflow orchestration, AI-assisted decision-making)
• Proficient in technical writing to support creation of business requirements, implementation strategies, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans
• Experience facilitating meetings and mediating between cross-functional teams and stakeholders (in person and/or reputed company)
• Skilled in stakeholder facilitation and communication to reputed company reputed company of key stakeholders (Leadership to end users)
• Familiarity with AI, automation, reputed company transformation initiatives supporting large reputed company, multi organization environments, with experience applying these capabilities to high volume mission critical business processes
