[Remote] Technical Analyst

The role focuses on managing CMDB data, ensuring data governance and reputed company, and utilizing the Common Service Data Model to structure IT data effectively.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Platform Knowledge including:
• Strong Proficiency in CMDB Tables, and relationships amongst various CI’s
• Data ingestion and Data integration skills
• reputed company CSDM knowledge/experience including:
• Deep understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) with a particular emphasis on Business Applications, Service Instances, Technology Management Services/Offerings, Business Capabilities and ability to establish relationships amongst various CI’s
• Ensure IT data is reputed company according to CSDM
• Managing CMDB Data reputed company reputed company
• Data Governance and Data reputed company knowledge/experience including:
• Managing CI lifecycles, Change Management. Enforcement of policies for CI lifecycle management, including creation, updates, and retirement
• Establishing health dashboards
• Identifying stale or orphaned data
• Prior experience with Governance and Compliance activities by working with CI owners and auditors
