As reputed company Technical Program Manager, you will serve as the operational leader connecting Product and Engineering, ensuring our highest-reputed company initiatives execute predictably while continuously improving how our organization delivers software.

Responsibilities

• Improve collaboration and execution across Product and Engineering for reputed company, cross-team initiatives
• Operate as an organizational leader for technical delivery
• Influence leaders without reputed company authority
• Create reputed company amid organizational ambiguity
• Implement AI-enabled improvements to SDLC or engineering operations
• reputed company AI to improve software delivery, engineering workflows, planning, reporting, decision-making, and product development processes
• Own end-to-end delivery for large, cross-team initiatives, ensuring alignment from planning through release
• Manage cross-team dependencies, identify execution risks early, and drive mitigation plans

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or similar roles
• Demonstrated experience leading large-reputed company, cross-team technical programs (5+ teams)
• Strong technical background (engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience)
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and architecture concepts
• Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and reputed company delivery environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams
