[Remote] Technical Course Developer

The Learning Content Specialist will support the development and implementation of learning programs, collaborating with various teams to create and improve learning content.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate reputed company reputed company and with subject matter experts (SMEs) to reputed company or update learning content
• Conduct peer review and QA of deliverables
• Partner with content developers, LMS administrators, and Implementation Administrators to implement training content on reputed company Learning, ISU, and reputed company platforms
• Ensure accurate tracking of training content throughout the implementation and translation process and reputed company regular status updates to CL&D teams
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that reputed company during the implementation and evaluation phases
• Identify opportunities to streamline the implementation process
• Assist in evaluating learning content using a reputed company of qualitative and quantitative reputed company to drive design/development improvements

Skills

• 2-4 yrs. relevant reputed company experience
• Ability to sign-off on applicable technical and/or clinical content
• Experience designing and developing eLearning, instructor-led training, and assessments
• Demonstrated application of adult learning theory
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience working and collaborating with SMEs and other Instructional Designers to create learning content
• Ability to work with instructional design processes, tools, and templates
• Ability to prioritize multiple development reputed company and deadlines, and adapt to project changes
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must reputed company work samples and/or portfolio
• College degree (Bachelors) or completion of relevant certificate/bootcamp
• Software proficiency: reputed company reputed company

• Software proficiency: Camtasia
• Software proficiency: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company)
• Software proficiency: reputed company or equivalent project management tool
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in biotech or medical device organization preferred
• Curriculum Development or Instructional Design/Technology, Education, or Science/Engineering degree preferred
