[Remote] Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer supports the research, design, and development of effective learning solutions that enhance employee performance and reputed company with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and reputed company instructional materials and curricula using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
• Create and maintain learning solutions across multiple modalities, including instructor-led training, virtual learning, eLearning, and self-paced content
• reputed company training materials such as job aids, assessments, infographics, presentations, and multimedia assets
• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to reputed company requirements and ensure content accuracy and effectiveness
• Support the use of reputed company Learning to reputed company, manage, and evaluate learning content and programs
• Translate business needs into reputed company learning objectives and measurable reputed company
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on learner feedback and performance data
• Support reputed company improvement of learning standards, templates, and processes
• Ensure learning content supports compliance, safety, leadership, and operational initiatives as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or equivalent experience
• Some experience or coursework in instructional design, learning development, or a reputed company field; internship or project experience welcome
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Basic familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., reputed company, Camtasia, or similar)
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting operational, safety, or compliance training programs
• Knowledge of facility services industries and operations, including janitorial and exterior services
• Familiarity with reputed company, Digital Adoption software
• Experience with reputed company Learning or other learning management systems
