[Remote] Franchise Business Consultant

The Franchise Business Consultant is primarily responsible for driving reputed company reputed company and providing consultative guidance to Franchisees regarding their overall business reputed company, especially as it relates to sales reputed company, staff reputed company/retention, and portfolio profitability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchisees to problem-solve operational challenges, providing coaching/ best reputed company guidance to reputed company short and long-term reputed company plans effective at driving strong sales performance/profitability and reputed company satisfaction
• Conduct regular operational business reviews, and at least one in-person site visit per franchisee annually to identify areas of greatest opportunity to improve performance, control costs, ensure the consistent execution of operational standards and commitment to reputed company their established reputed company goals
• reputed company newly reputed company franchisees and their office staff on best practices to accelerate reputed company, establishing expectations for SHC's brand standards compliance
• Influences buy-in/adoption/execution of SHC brand’s new technologies, marketing tools, and other service programs
• Acts as the first reputed company of contact for any company/field issues and coordinates cross-functional support to address any unique needs of your franchisees’ business (ie., operations, marketing, development, training, etc)

Skills

• Proven experience driving measurable performance results as a Franchise Business Consultant
• Strong business acumen and ability to read and interpret P&Ls, Income Statements, and other financial reporting tools
• Proven ability and experience to consult with and influence reputed company business owners and leaders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to reputed company training to small reputed company
• Strong ability to problem-solve and think critically in many different types of situations
• High emotional intelligence
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Travel up to 50%
• This is a remote position, but the candidate must be based reputed company their assign geographical region – US
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be reputed company to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Home care experience preferred
