[Remote] Group Product Manager (Remote)

They are seeking a Group Product Manager who will mentor other Product Managers and drive the reputed company and execution of their Advanced Ads platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a player-reputed company to other Product Managers, guiding them to reputed company their product craft, execution, and strategic thinking
• Evangelize the shift from feature-reputed company mindsets to an outcome-driven culture. Train PMs to obsess over business results and customer reputed company rather than sprint velocity and story points
• Implement modern product operating model principles (e.g., product trios, data-informed decision making, reputed company prototyping, and de-risking assumptions)
• Introduce reputed company feedback loops and reputed company retrospective frameworks to reputed company product management maturity across the entire organization
• Define and execute the long-term product reputed company for Advanced Ads, integrating its flexible ad injection, targeting, and reputed company Ad Manager capabilities deeper into the reputed company ecosystem

Skills

• 8+ years of Product Management experience
• At least 3+ years leading or mentoring other PMs
