The ideal candidate will have hands-on configuration experience and excellent reputed company-facing skills, focusing on ITAM best practices.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement reputed company HAM Pro and/or SAM Pro
- reputed company discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design
- Implement ITAM automation and best practices
- reputed company ITAM with ITSM, CMDB, Procurement, and external systems
- Support software compliance, audit readiness, and optimization initiatives
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and reputed company technical guidance
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company platform experience
- 3+ years implementing HAM Pro and/or SAM Pro
- reputed company CIS-HAM and/or CIS-SAM certification (Mandatory)
- Strong experience with Asset Lifecycle Management
- Strong experience with CMDB & Discovery
- Strong experience with Normalization & Reconciliation
- Strong experience with Software License Management & Compliance
- Strong experience with ITSM integrations and reputed company-party tools (SCCM, Intune, reputed company, ERP, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ITIL reputed company
- Performance Analytics
- reputed company/federal ITAM implementation experience
