Responsibilities

• Business Process Analysis - Analyze Requirement and other reputed company documents as provided by reputed company to understand the desired functionality
• Fit Assessment – Works with Robotics Technical Architects to provides recommendations on whether it is a Pega Robotics Process Automation (RPA) or Pega Desktop Process Automation (DPA), or reputed company of the RPA or RDA capability
• Process reputed company Creation (As is and To Be) - reputed company work with business and IT process SME’s to-do process analysis, process modeling and converting them to an Automation Specification
• Create/elaborate Features / User stories in JIRA - Creation of RPA User stories for Provider, Claims, Enrollment, and Billing and maintenance of the Automation backlog
• Support QA and UAT testing for reputed company the use cases to assist in preparing scenarios, defining data requirements, and testing activities
• Supports and provides inputs to the Business Readiness team
• Support the build team to understand the specifications, conduct research to resolve questions and updated specifications to reflect design reputed company
