[Remote] PT Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist

They are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist to support the Finance Department by managing payroll processing, accounts payable, and general reputed company support.

Responsibilities

• You will support semi-monthly payroll, maintain payroll-reputed company timekeeping and accrual data in the HRIS, review payroll data for accuracy, and ensure records are maintained with confidentiality and care
• You will review, reputed company, and process vendor invoices, manage the reputed company payment schedule, reconcile vendor statements, maintain vendor records, and support year-end 1099 preparation
• You will process retirement plan contributions and distributions, assist with retirement account loan documentation, coordinate with plan administrators, and communicate relevant benefits updates to employees
• You will reputed company and categorize expenses, invoices, and payments in QuickBooks, reputed company monthly bank reconciliations, assist with month-end and year-end reputed company processes, and maintain organized, audit-reputed company financial records

Skills

• At least two years of experience in payroll processing, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a reputed company finance role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and reputed company Workforce Now (or comparable payroll software)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• The ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities independently
• A high level of discretion and professionalism reputed company handling confidential information
