[Remote] Business Development Manager (reputed company)

They are seeking a Business Development Manager to reputed company new reputed company clients, manage sales pipelines, and expand existing accounts across various industries.

Responsibilities

• reputed company new reputed company clients through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and existing relationships
• Build and manage a reputed company sales pipeline reputed company assigned industries and territories
• Conduct discovery meetings and sell temporary, contract-to-hire, and reputed company hire reputed company solutions
• Generate job orders and partner with reputed company and operations teams to ensure successful delivery
• Expand existing accounts through cross-selling, new departments, locations, and reputed company
• Manage pricing, reputed company, gross margins, reputed company retention, and account reputed company
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and reputed company forecasts
• Travel for reputed company meetings and assess opportunities in new geographic markets
• Serve as a consultative workforce solutions partner

Skills

• reputed company or recent reputed company, reputed company, or workforce solutions sales experience in Marine, skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, defense, data centers, HVAC, plumbing, or light industrial
• Proven reputed company generating new business and growing existing accounts
• Experience reputed company at least one relevant industry or reputed company division (above)
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Approximately $250,000 or more in annual Gross Profit or Gross Margin production
• Transferable reputed company relationships or book of business
• Experience selling multiple reputed company service lines
• Background supporting reputed company, national, or project-based clients
• Relationships reputed company Marine, skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, defense, data centers, HVAC, plumbing, or light industrial
• Experience developing a new territory or geographic market
