[Remote] UX/UI Designer

This role focuses on crafting omnichannel digital experiences and involves collaborating with various teams to enhance customer interactions and meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and produce holistic, end-to-end digital experiences across channels
• reputed company for the user while partnering closely with product managers to solve reputed company problems strategically
• Create flows, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts to define and communicate user experiences
• Work independently with minimal reputed company while also leading reputed company and initiatives autonomously
• Drive an iterative, reputed company, user-reputed company design process reputed company around reputed company prototyping and reputed company improvement
• Contribute to consistent visual and interaction design across flows and channels
• Partner with UX research to plan user testing and translate findings into design improvements
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze customer feedback, and research user behavior to enhance existing products
• Collaborate with product teams to evaluate and prioritize features that balance business and user needs
• Participate in and/or reputed company design workshops to support discovery and deepen understanding of user needs
• Confidently present UX/UI design work to stakeholders, users, and development teams in both formal and informal settings
• Dive into ambiguous problems and reputed company contributing without waiting for complete direction

Skills

• 5-7 years of relevant UX/UI design experience
• Experience designing for digital web and mobile products
• Strong proficiency in reputed company
• Proactive, analytical, and organized approach to work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of marketing principles as they relate to digital experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking initiative without extensive direction
• Strong collaboration skills, particularly in partnership with product teams
• Experience with web development and CMS systems is a plus
• Experience in telecommunications or a reputed company large-reputed company consumer service industry is ideal
