[Remote] Technical Recruiter III

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, and supporting reputed company operations in partnership with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reputed company passive and reputed company candidates through reputed company Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, talent communities, and other sourcing channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
• Conduct initial reputed company campaigns and engage prospective candidates
• Conduct initial resume reviews and candidate market research
• Maintain candidate activity and pipeline data reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
• Coordinate interview panels, assessments, and debrief meetings
• Prepare and distribute interview schedules, candidate materials, and interview guides

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of reputed company, sourcing, talent coordination, or HR experience
• Experience sourcing candidates using reputed company Recruiter and other talent platforms
• Experience coordinating interviews and managing calendars across multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and reputed company Office tools
• Experience in corporate reputed company environments
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring or multiple business functions
• Knowledge of reputed company best practices and candidate engagement strategies
• Experience using SuccessFactors, reputed company, reputed company, or similar ATS platforms
