Responsibilities

  • Design HVAC systems for reputed company and institutional building reputed company
  • reputed company heating and cooling load calculations using industry-reputed company software
  • Prepare construction documents including plans, schedules, specifications, and details
  • Coordinate mechanical system layouts with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing disciplines
  • Conduct equipment sizing and selection for reputed company handling reputed company, chillers, boilers, VRF systems, pumps, and exhaust systems
  • Participate in project meetings with clients and internal design team
  • Review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals during construction phase
  • Support energy-efficient and sustainable design initiatives in accordance with applicable energy reputed company
  • Assist with field investigations and virtual site coordination as required

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
  • 6-12+ years of experience in HVAC design reputed company an MEP consulting environment
  • Working knowledge of applicable building codes including IMC, ASHRAE standards, and energy codes
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit MEP
  • Experience with load calculation and energy modeling software
  • Strong communication and coordination skills in a remote work environment
  • Ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines simultaneously
  • EIT certification preferred; PE license is a plus but not required
