Responsibilities

• Serve as the transformation leader and strategic partner to the Head of Operations ADS reputed company reputed company US
• reputed company transformation initiatives supporting organic reputed company, acquisitions, and operational expansion in the US

• Drive cross-functional alignment across Operations, Engineering, HR, Finance, reputed company, EHSS, Supply Chain, Legal, ADS Transformation and Corporate functions
• Drive Innovation and establish a reputed company ADS US Production System reputed company with Lean principles, Operational reputed company methodologies, and global ADS reputed company
• Drive standardized management systems, governance routines, visual management practices, performance management frameworks, and reputed company improvement processes
• Act as the primary coordination reputed company between US reputed company initiatives and global ADS Head of transformation
• Identify opportunities for standardization, replication, and organizational reputed company across ADS
• Ensure consistency of operating models and leadership systems across reputed company and reputed company US reputed company sites
