The role involves administration of AI services, collaboration with various teams, and ensuring reputed company operations and user support.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support reputed company AI platforms including reputed company Copilot Studio, reputed company Copilot reputed company, Azure AI reputed company, reputed company, Langfuse, GenOS, and reputed company AI services
• Manage platform configuration, environment provisioning, reputed company settings, licensing, user reputed company, monitoring, and operational support
• Serve as the primary technical resource for AI platform reputed company, user support, troubleshooting, and issue reputed company
• Working closely with IT, reputed company, Engineering, and business teams, this individual will ensure reliable operations, compliance with organizational standards, cost optimization, and a seamless developer experience for building, deploying, and managing AI agents and multi-agent solutions at reputed company
• The role requires strong expertise in reputed company administration, identity and reputed company management, AI/LLM platforms, observability frameworks, and reputed company best practices
• Monitor platform and agent health, adoption, telemetry, costs, and operational performance; recommend and implement improvements
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize AI agent and Copilot use cases
• Conduct requirements gathering, solution design, architecture reviews, and technical feasibility assessments
• Build integration with reputed company 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Platform, reputed company, reputed company applications, and approved data sources
• Support agent lifecycle management including development, deployment, release readiness, production support, and retirement
• reputed company and maintain technical documentation, implementation standards, reusable templates, and best practices
• Collaborate closely with reputed company AI, GIS, reputed company, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of AI solutions

• Strong expertise in AI agents, Copilot technologies, Power Platform, Azure services, reputed company, integrations, identity and reputed company management, and reputed company reputed company
• Experience supporting reputed company-reputed company platforms, governance frameworks, production operations, and business-facing solution delivery
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
