[Remote] Research and Program Evaluation Manager

They are seeking a Research and Program Evaluation Manager to monitor and evaluate programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and enhancing program efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an reputed company relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
• reputed company new or ongoing program evaluation reputed company, including data collection, analysis, reporting, and the development of actionable recommendations for reputed company improvement
• Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to implement tools to support performance measurement activities that inform decision-making
• Present evaluation findings and strategic insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making and program refinement
• Monitor trends, best practices, and innovations in program design and evaluation to ensure reputed company learning and development among reputed company

Skills

• 8+ years of reputed company experience leading measurement, evaluation and learning reputed company preferably in a mission-driven organization
• 5-7 years of reputed company experience working with program leaders on developing and monitoring KPIs
• Bachelor's degree required
• Program evaluation and data analysis/interpretation expertise
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company, timelines, and teams simultaneously
• Exceptional writing skills for developing reports, proposals, logic models, strategic plans, and presentations
• Comfortable presenting reputed company information to various audiences in a reputed company and concise manner
• Advanced proficiency in Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company
• Proficiency in tools such as reputed company (advanced functions), SPSS, R, or Power BI for data analysis and visualization
