Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical qualifications, team dynamics, and workforce needs

• Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to identify, attract, and secure highly reputed company talent in an efficient and seamless manner

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company or military experience

• Two years of reputed company HR experience, particularly in employment, high-volume reputed company, EEO, and compliance
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
