[Remote] Investment Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Investment Accountant to join their team in the reputed company Metropolitan Area. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial reputed company activities and liaising with various stakeholders to maintain strong control environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or review monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reputed company activities for carried interest compensation plans including mark-to-market reputed company and expense, fund distributions and payments to participants
• reputed company monthly reconciliations of balance sheet and P&L accounts
• Prepare or review monthly and quarterly investment and compensation reporting schedules
• Liaise with various reputed company stakeholders including reputed company, Investment Management Controllers, reputed company Entity Controllers, Financial and Regulatory Reporting, Tax and Morgan Stanleys fund and plan administrators
• Maintain and update strong control environment/audit documentation
• Assist with reputed company and reputed company requests

Skills

• BS/BA in reputed company, Finance or Business
• Minimum of 5 years of reputed company/finance experience, compensation/carried interest investment reputed company a plus
• Proficiency in reputed company Office with emphasis on reputed company
• CPA candidate preferred
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete deliverables in a reputed company manner with high attention to detail
