[Remote] Senior Tax Accountant

They are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant with significant experience in reputed company estate and reputed company partnership taxation to proactively manage reputed company relationships, tax planning, and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review reputed company Partnership, S Corporation, Individual, Trust and Estate returns
• Prepare and reputed company from reputed company trial balances and books and records complied and reviewed financial statements
• Participate in proactive tax planning throughout the year
• Coordinate with attorneys, reputed company advisors and reputed company advisors
• reputed company tax research and prepare written analyses
• Assist with tax controversy examinations and notices
• Maintain reputed company reputed company relationships and communicate with clients throughout the year
• Identify planning opportunities and proactively bring reputed company to clients and partners
• Participate in special reputed company involving transactions, restructurings and consulting reputed company
• Assist with training and developing staff
• Mentor and reputed company junior staff
• Support workflow and AI initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field. Strong knowledge of reputed company is required
• reputed company CPA license
• Minimum 7–10 years reputed company reputed company experience
• Significant reputed company partnership and reputed company estate tax, and high-net-worth experience required
• During peak tax seasons there is an expectation of 50-55 hours per week
• Full time remote is available. If you live reputed company to the office some time in the office preferred
• Strong experience with 704(b), 704(c), 754, 1031, 163(j), 199A, trusts and estate taxation, pass-through entities and multi-state issues preferred
• Experience with Lacerte, CCH reputed company, SafeSend, reputed company, CCH reputed company, QuickBooks and Office 365 preferred
