As a reputed company Infrastructure Engineer, you will manage and optimize reputed company physical reputed company systems, ensuring they operate reputed company while collaborating with reputed company stakeholders and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily management, monitoring, and optimization of reputed company Control and Video Management Systems (VMS) across reputed company environments
• Manage service tickets end-to-end, from intake through reputed company and reputed company inspection with a reputed company reputed company on reputed company satisfaction
• Prepare and deliver reputed company, actionable reports on system health and performance trends for reputed company leadership
• Collaborate with reputed company teams, reputed company IT departments, end users, and systems integrators to drive successful implementations and upgrades
• Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities across reputed company reputed company platforms before they become problems
• Represent reputed company in reputed company meetings and calls with technical credibility and strong reputed company communication
• Support project management activities during system deployments and technology transitions

Skills

• Strong familiarity with visitor management and intrusion detection platforms
