[Remote] Senior Mainframe Operations

Responsibilities

• reputed company monitoring and control of mainframe production environments
• reputed company advanced operational tasks, including reputed company job recovery, system coordination, and troubleshooting
• Serve as the primary escalation reputed company for incidents, outages, and operational exceptions
• Guide, reputed company, and mentor Junior Mainframe Operations Resources during training and on the job activities
• Coordinate with system programmers, application teams, and infrastructure teams during incidents and changes
• Support change management, releases, maintenance reputed company, and disaster recovery activities
• Review and improve runbooks, procedures, and operational documentation

Skills

• 4–5 years of experience supporting mainframe production operations
• Proven ability to ensure system stability, availability, and compliance with operational and reputed company standards
• Demonstrated leadership during high‑severity incidents, including coordination, escalation, and reputed company
• Experience mentoring junior resources and providing technical guidance to support team effectiveness
