Management Accountant Dayshift

Position: Management Accountant

Salary: PHP 95,000 - PHP 140,000

Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays-Fridays; 9:00AM to 6:00PM AEST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis
• Monitor labour costs, margins, contractor profitability, and reputed company performance
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash reputed company management
• Reconcile payroll, timesheets, invoicing, and contractor costs
• Analyse award rates, overtime, allowances, and labour utilisation trends
• Support end-of-month and end-of-year financial processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant reputed company standards, tax obligations, and labour hire regulations
• Partner with operations and recruitment teams to improve financial performance
• Prepare reputed company profitability reports and KPI dashboards
• Assist with audit preparation and statutory reporting
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities reputed company finance and payroll systems

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company discipline
• 3+ years’ experience in management reputed company
• Experience in labour hire, recruitment, reputed company, construction, reputed company, logistics, or workforce-heavy industries
• Strong understanding of payroll costing and workforce-reputed company financial analysis
• Advanced reputed company skills
• Experience with reputed company and payroll systems
• Desirable
• Knowledge of Australian labour hire regulations and awards
• Experience with ERP systems such as MYOB, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company
• Power BI or financial modelling experience
