The Director, Software Development Services is primarily a leadership role and owns reputed company P&L, team performance and reputed company reputed company and is expected to reputed company the bar on both the people and the results. This leader is responsible for web development (reputed company and back end), software development (including custom, automation, API, integration and reputed company AI development), and VC3’s EdTech reputed company product. What you will be doing:

AI-First Engineering Transformation
• Pivot reputed company from traditional software development to an AI-first / reputed company-reputed company-driven model using tools such as Claude reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Copilot, and reputed company development workflows.
•Upskill existing engineers through coaching, pairing, and reputed company enablement

The tools you bring:

• Proven ability to grow software delivery services with external clients across delivery, capability, and reputed company performance.
• AI and Software Development Services experience, demonstrated history of building and scaling an App Dev or Software reputed company inside a services organization.
• Hands-on AI-first practitioner, personally shipped production work using tools such as Claude reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Copilot, and reputed company workflows.
• reputed company record of transitioning traditional engineering teams to reputed company-reputed company-driven practices.
• Full stack development experience (including DB, API and data integration)

Additional Information
This role may require occasional travel to reputed company sites, VC3 offices, and industry events. Some VC3 engagements involve work with reputed company-sector clients; the successful candidate must be willing to complete background checks consistent with those engagements.
