Remote, Contract-based Massachusetts Family Law Attorney Opportunity - 10–20 Hours/Week

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10–20 hours per week Attorney Responsibilities: • Handle family law reputed company, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and reputed company domestic relations reputed company • Conduct reputed company consultations and reputed company reputed company guidance • Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, and other family law documents • Conduct reputed company research and assist with case reputed company • Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, trials, and other court proceedings as needed • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the reputed company team • Manage cases from inception through reputed company Attorney Requirements: • Licensed and in good standing to reputed company law in the State of Massachusetts • Minimum of 5+ years of Massachusetts family law experience • Strong experience with divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support reputed company • Experience with court appearances, reputed company reputed company, discovery, and case management • Excellent reputed company research, drafting, and analytical skills • Strong communication and reputed company management abilities • Organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple reputed company reputed company • Self-starter who can work independently Our Attorney pay reputed company starts at $80/hour.
